As the founder and CEO of Morgan Carey Consulting Solutions (MCCS), she specializes in strategic business development employee relations, leadership and life coaching, Morgan’s approach to developing leaders is both inspirational and transformational, empowering them to grow with confidence, lead with impact, and create lasting change for themselves, businesses, and their communities. With over 15 years of human resources expertise and a SHRM-CP certification, she has a proven track record of building HR departments from the ground up and transforming organizations through innovative leadership strategies.
